  2. That will require a lot of research as many civilized countries could have had royalty.

    The actual title would vary in different countries,  (emperor, for instance,) but they would  hold the same rank over their subjects.

    In Britain, Queen Boadicea  (since revised to Boudica) raged a war against the Romans, but also did in more than a few Celts.

    Farther back in history, the Bible tells of King Solomon, son of King David, but there must surely be others.

  4. I think the first recorded ancient Empire was Babylon.

    The Queen was Semiramis and she married her son Nimrod so technically he would be the king.

    But who really knows how old human civilization is? Scientists have been debating about ancient Kingdoms and civilizations for years.
