The first human in the universe is the same as the first human.  

Biblically, this would be "Adam."

Evolutionarily, this would be the first homo sapiens, who very well could have been named "Adam."

Philosophically, we are all the first human.

Pending on what you mean by "in the universe", the answer is either Adam, the first man God created,  or it could be Yuri Gagarin, who was the first man in space.
