I am going to take the extremely easy route and answer this question: it was God, King of Heaven.

and logically, i dont think anyone can actually answer this question accurately, except the where part, which should be in africa, since the first civilizations started from there.

I will go with the King of France. There were lesser kings in what is now England but, they're obscure, like King Arthur, still to be proven.
