Gene Sarazen, who turned pro way back in 1920 and won his first majors in 1922, winning both the US Open and the PGA Championship in that year - he would go on to win the US Open again in 1932, and the PGA Championship twice more, in 1923 and '33. In 1932 he also won the Open in Britain for the first time, and in 1935 he finally won the Masters to make the Grand Slam. In all he won seven majors.
