the only bass player to blink was mark hoppus and i've seen his concert vids and he does jump alot but idk about the tattoos

Blink 182 had actually only had one bass player, Mark Hoppus, and he didn't have any tattoos. Tom DeLonge (lead vocalist and guitar player) had multiple tatoos.

The only change in the band happened midway through a U.S tour when Travis Barker replaced drummer Scott Raynor.
