  3. The original speaker!? Well, I think the oldest expression of those words come from the cyclops in ancient Greek mythology after they traded one eye for the ability to see the future, but the only future they got to see was how they would die.

    I'm sorry, but I don't remember who wrote it...my mythologies class was too many years ago.
