I cannot find a specific answer to your question, but according to the office of public relations, USCCB, upon arrival Pope Benedict  will be greeted by several Church officials including Archbishop Pietro Sambi, Vatican nuncio to the United States; Cardinal Francis George of Chicago, president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops; Archbishop Donald Wuerl of Washington and Archbishop Timothy Broglio of the Archdiocese for the Military Services USA.

It is known that Archbishop Donald Wuerl of Washington was riding the popemobile with the pope, but I can find no certain references establishing  the 3rd passenger's identity.
