Philip Rivers?  Wow, how could you say that? He is not likable, but is a 60% passer with 44 TDs and 25 interceptions so far in his career.

It would have to be Ryan Leaf, as he was a highly touted quarterback and amounted to several years of nothing. He was a below 50% passer with 14 TDs and 36 interceptions and looked lost anytime he got near a football field.

Ryan Leaf would take the top 9 spots on that.  The 10th would likely be Gino Terreta (sp?) out of Miami.  

As for zealot fans who confuse Vick's speed and athleticism with being a great quarterback, they need to wake up and smell the coffee.  In the pros the run is only valuable when NOT overused.  It is best utilized as a threat, not a constant option.  If overused, it not only impedes passing accuracy (Vick had real problems here) but also is too easily overcome by the defensive speed/talent at that level.  That's why Elway was one of the best.  He had excellent ground speed, but knew it was used best when used sparingly.  Likewise, Steve Young was at his best when people knew he COULD run, but not overdoing it.  Two phenomenal examples of using running talent to maximize the total game. Vick did not understand that, and I doubt he has the maturity to ever understand it.  That doesn't make him a bad athlete. It makes him a mediocre to fair PRO quarterback.   May he find the internal strength to change his attitude about responsibility toward himself and teammates, and someday become a true leader.
