Who was the worst wrestler to hold the NWA World title back in the 80's?

Everybody has picked the obvious Giant Baba here.So rather than just copy that, i'm going for the Croatian Victor Jovica who held the title for just three days back in February 1983, when he beat and then lost to, Ric Flair for the NWA title.He had a very brief run that made zero impact apart from interrrupting Ric's NWA title reign.Jovica was just a namecheck back then, whilst Ric and Harley Race feuded for the World title until 1984.
