That depends. Is this about a PGA Tournament?...LPGA tournament?...AJGA tournament?

There are literally hundreds of golf tournaments; amateur professional,local, state, national..etc.etc.

Some of these tournaments have young kids playing in their age group anywhere from 5-6  years old up. So there will be a lot of winners at a very young age winning a tournament somewhere.

You could go to the PGA or USGA websites and perhaps find this information, or even google, submitting this question and see what links could direct you to an answer. Tiger Woods, was winning a lot of tournaments before he was even a teen ager.
