i'm not sure but here is my list from what i saw on tv and youtube.

1-Tully Blanchard(all around great wrestler and had good mic skills)

2-Ric Flair ....woooooooo

3-maybe Harley Race

Jumbo Tsuruta. The best wrestler of all time.

Dynamite Kid. Revolutionized cruiserweight wrestling as we know it.

Ric Flair. What else can I say that hasn't already been said?

And Harley Race is a very honorable mention.

You definetly could make a case with that list, mine would have Ricky the dragon Steamboat on there though and maybe Bret Hart, but he really didn't shine as a techinican until the 90's.

But, you forgot Bob Backland>  He was the champ long before Hogan and Flair and is one of the skillful wrestlers in history.
