  1. the worst were most likely Taft- corruption, Harding, Kennedy- Cuban Missile Crisis and Bay of Pigs, and Hoover who acted to late to help the people in the Depression.

The four best were probably- T Roosevelt- National Park Service, Truman- first major civil rights work, ending WWII, Regan end of the Cold War and FDR- leadership during the Depression and most of WWII

A few presidents that can be seen as both good and bad are Johnson- Voting Rights act of 1964 and the Civil Rights act of 1965  on the good but escalation of Vietnam on the bad

Nixon- exit out of Vietnam on the good, Watergate incident on the Bad

  2. Best

    1. FDR(won WW2 and all that)

    2. Teddy Roosevelt (aka the perfect populist)

    3. Eisenhower (strengthened US abroad)

4.JFK (cause you can quote him forever)

    Worst

    1.Warren G Harding

    2. Hoover (the anti-FDR)

    3.Nixon (Watergate)

    4. Carter

over rated:Reagan- sold out the US to other countries

    underrated: Eisenhower

  3. Greatest:

    1. Roosevelt

    2. Kennedy

    3. Regan

    4. Eisenhower

    Worst:

    1. Nixon

    2. Johnson

    3. Carter

    4. Clinton

  4. LBJ- Brown and Root bought this ho in 1931- many backhanders to today's KBR in Vietnam.

Reagan- what a loon. Where to begin?

    Bush Snr- Intelligent- but ineffectual.

Woodrow Wilson (sold you out to the Fed- it's actually a private bank that loans the US govt money with interest)

    4 best:

Eisenhower- war hero, told it like it was, warned us all of the Iron Triangle- the Military-Industrial COngressional complex.

Truman- one of the few honest men

Clinton- controversial- but US economy was going gangbusters at the time.

Hoover- simply as he massively cleaned up the cops.

  5. Worst:

    1. Warren G. Harding

    2. George W. Bush

    3. Richard M. Nixon

    4. Ronald Reagan

    Greatest:

    1.John F. Kennedy

    2. Theodore Roosevelt

    3. Abraham Lincoln

    4. Thomas Jefferson

  6. 4 best: FDR, Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, and I dunno, maybe JFK or Ronald Reagan (I think JFK was better but Reagan helped heal the rift between USSR & USA)

4 worst: Hoover, Nixon, Johnson, and Carter.  I haven't heard much good, and have heard a lot of bad, about those four.

Bonus: I dunno.  I don't really think any are overrated or underrated, but my ratings are the only ones I pay any serious attention to.

  7. Worst: Carter, Johnson, Clinton, Nixon

Greatest: Teddy Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Reagan, Truman
