Who were those punks!!?

Question

I was at the BAFB air show this wknd and was standing in a long long line waiting to tour this plane when I caught a glimpse of 2 really good looking punks and their entourage had on shirts that said Vexcon- but not 100% sure thats what they said cus I was standing to far to clearly read what it said. I have a few pics of them but even when I enlarge the photos still not 100%-Does anyone know??? I've been looking all day for this "band" only to come across exterminators and chemicals thanks for any help
