Maybe he will start some day, but odds are he will get injured.

There is a reason the Bengals dumped him.

Think about it.

Why would the Bengals dump a perfectly healthy Rudi Johnson after all the great games he hs had?

Because he isn't perfectly healthy, that's why.

They obviously evaluated it and decided he was too fragile and not worth the risk.

There is a lot of things behind the scenes we as fans will never hear about.
