Barring injuries...

1.) Kobe- The Lakers will likely win the West eclipsing 60 wins

2.) James- Another phenomenal season will continue to keep the Cavs legit despite lack of help

3.) Roy- I see the Blazers becoming a significant threat with or without Oden

4.) Paul- the Hornets are now expected to win so he will take a hit in votes

5.) Howard- will continue to put up beastly numbers, but I don't see the Magic taking that next step

6.) Pierce/ garnett- Whoever has the better numbers and plays the more infuential role.

7.) Stoudamire- until he departs from Nash he will probably never get the credit for how great a player he is. the best offensive big man in the NBa

8.) t-mac/yao- whoever can stay healthier

9.) M.Ellis- trust me with the trade of Davis he's about to become a star

10.) Duncan- what's a list without the consistent, fundamental, always winning BIG TIMMY!!!

Already trying to predict 2010 when we haven't even gotton to 09 yet?? I can predict 09 though: it will be the star player on the #1 team in the west and I'd put money on that. If the Lakers were #1 again then Kobe would win it, if Hornets were #1 Chris Paul, If Suns were #1 Amare Stoudemire, if Rockets were #1 T-Mac...............and so on!! The only way the MVP wouldn't come from the west is if LBJ has one of his best seasons ever then it would go to him.........but i still think it will come from the #1 team in the west!!
