Currently, Charles is the heir to the throne and after that he is followed by William and then Henry (usually called Harry).   If they were all to die, without either of the young princes having children, they would be followed by their uncle, Andrew, the Duke of York.  If he were dead, Princess Beatrice of York would be next followed by Princess Eugenie of York.   After the York family would come the Wessex family, with Edward, Earl of Wessex and his daughter, Louise, then the Princess Royal and then her son Mr Mark Phillips and her daughter Miss Zara Philips.   If none of the Queen's children or grandchildren were alive, her sister Margaret's son and his family and then his sister and her family would be next.   After that would come the families of the Queen's uncles, the Dukes of Gloucester, The Dukes of Kent and then (by her aunts family) to the Earls of Harewood.   The list goes on for very many more and can be seen in full on Wikipedia.
