Who will be governing Alaska while Palin campaigns?

I don't know if anyone has asked this yet, but it seems to me that is an important question. Also, if McCain doesn't win, will Palin be able to get her old job back or will someone else have already taken over?

A senator like Hillary or Obama can afford to take time off because there are many others, but a governor is only one. How will that work out?

She has a Lieutenant Governor that acts in her place whenever she cannot, and these days she can make her decisions from just about anywhere in the world anyway.

I live in Alaska.

If she becomes the VP it will fall to the Lt Governor, however, he is currently in a dead heat with Rep Don Young for a congressional slot on the ticker.  If Sarah goes to the VP and the LT Gov goes to Congress then the Attorney General becomes the new governor.  

Every federal, state, military and civilian corporation has a chain of command in place for unusual leadership changes.

I am sure she will manage both jobs. Its only 2 months until the general election. Shes a woman, she knows how to multi task, hear her roar!!!

A snowman could govern Alaska.  They don't even have daylight half the year..

It's Alaska, they can take care of themselves just fine.

Then again, the fact that they can take care of themselves would show her lack of actual leadership up there.

Isn't the Lieutenant Governor under investigation BY HIS OWN PARTY?  and one Senator (Ted Stevens) up on criminal charges?  and the Congressman?  and aren't they all Republicans?

Hmmm, sounds like Alaska needs new leadership.  Maybe they're just trying to dump their problems off on the rest of us.

Did you know she has NOT YET been in office 600 days yet?  At least Obama has topped 1300 days.  Yes, 1300 days, not the 143 like the Republicans loved to bear as false witness against their neighbor Barack (Ninth Commandment, read the Bible sometime).

44 months x 30 days/month = 1320 days

Aren't the Republicans supposed to be against Affirmative Action, the hiring or promotion of someone basis solely on minority status?

Probably her 5 year old child. There are only 3 or 4 people in the whole state. Can't be that hard. She could probably do it herself over the cell phone.

Lt Gov -Ya Obama has only had a total of 120 days in the senate the rest has been campagning shows how important he isn't!
