Who will be most affected by climate change worldwide?

A lot depends on whether it gets cooler or warmer.  Some will benefit some will be hurt.

Very poor people in low lying countries.  They will have flooding and damage to agriculture, and they can't afford to fix it.

Many (not all) will die of starvation.  Even more will flee across national borders, probably starting wars.  The US military is very concerned.

A good example is Bangladesh.  Much of it's agricultural land is only a little above sea level.  It won't take much sea level rise for a storm to flood it with sea water, ruining it for a very long time.

People that love freedom and liberty, as global warming is the tool to place limits on both.

Americans will because many of our need come from third world andd if they cut our supply prices will sky rocket and cause big problems to our economy which is falling apart right now.
