Kobe and LeBron .  LeBron has the potential to be better than Kobe but is proven the best Nba playare and All-Star. We will have to wait and see between them too. The best team is no doubt the Lakers since Andrew Bynum is coming back and they will be dominate in the paint and a big facto ris added to their team. The Celtics don't really stand a chance against the Lakers.

Celtics will repeat, at least all signs point that way. They have the most overall talent.

Chris Paul will be the next best NBA player because he will improve his ballhandling and decisions while also attaining more experience with his New Orleans team. Adding James Posey doesn't hurt and Paul gets another weapon in his large arsenal of offense. As for the best NBA team, I would have to say the Lakers. This is mainly assuming the trio of Odom, Kobe and Pau return. With the addition of Bynum, teams have to face 3 7-footers and handle Kobe. The Celtics lost a valuable piece in Posey and the Lakers have still kept the team untouched (Turiaf was not really in it). So look for the Lakers led by the ever-hungry Kobe to climb up the mountain.

Honorary Mentions-

Best NBA player- Kobe Bryant. It will take some time but he will sync with his core group and be "hyper"effective

Best Team- Pheonix Suns, with the clock ticking, all the Suns especially Nash and O'Neal will make a push for the ultimate goal- Championship.
