I think Sting would be champion considering his attacks to Samoa Joe and but that would also mean that Sting would be a regular TNA wrestler not a part-time wrestler(like we would see him in every Thursday)

You left out Jeff Jarrett who is returning real soon after what happen this past sunday at TNA Hard Justice, also  i think Jarrett is returning as a heel to fued with Joe, over the TNA World title. and  there a good chance before there fued is over that Jarrett might become a World Champion again.
