Who will be the next villan in batman 3?

I'm in love with the dark knight, & I'm excited for batman 3 to eventually come out in theaters. any ideas of who the next villain might be? tell me the actor you might think & what actual villain from the comics.

I've been hearing that the next villain will be the Riddler, and they sayJohnny Depp would be playing the part.

Well, until the Dark Knight came out I figured they would bring Scarecrow back, but then they had him cameo as sort of a good guy. I really didn't understand why they did that, but that probably means he's out for a bad guy. I really don't think they would try to recast the Joker either because that would just be a bad move on their part...I don't know anyone else who could do a better job than Heath Ledger. My money is on Two Face coming back (because I don't think he's dead) and/or The Riddler.

I think that harvey dent is going to be coming back, they never really made it clear that he was dead.. or the Riddler.

The next batman villain is the riddler /// believe it or not THE RIDDLERS ALREADY APPEARED ON TDK... u noe the guy who workes for bruce and discovers batmans identity... well in the jim carry muvee... the riddler worked fr  bruce enterprices and was the one who discovered batmans identity...

and not only that the guys name in the muvee is Mr Reese... Mysteries

I think Mr Freeze or Harley Quinn would be seriously B.A though. Or the penguin.

Honey I'm referring to ALL the old batman films. Not batman begins and batman and robin. I'm talkin from the 60's and up. How about the cartoons? comics? yeah, exactly.

Well a lot of buzz has been about Johnny Depp as the Riddler or Phillip Semour Hoffman as The Penguin.
