Who will captain the kangaroos after lockyer?

Provided he stays fit and Lockyer does retire from rep footy you would have to think that Cameron Smith is the obvious choice given he was selected for the October test last year in Lockyer's absence. Failing that you would prob have to look at Thurston given he captain's his club side. Maybe in future someone like Greg Bird maybe given opportunity but he is about same age as Cam Smith so maybe not.
