Who will coach ABs when Henrys 2 years is up?

You think Henry will last the 2 years??? Anyway, off the top of my head, I would say the best candidate would be..........

Tana Umaga..he's been there as a player and as a captain and he commands respect from players as well as officials.

He's tasted defeat at a WC and knows what is needed to motivate the players on and off the field. And his NZ's favourite son!

I would say that he'll have 100% of NZ behind him!

Bring him back home NZRU...before its too late...

Pat Lam is my choice for now...he seems to be pretty good at creating a happy/relaxed team environment which is one of the most important parts in coaching. If your players are unhappy and/or distracted then they don't play well. If you've ever coached a team at any level then you'll know what I'm talking about.

It is currently pretty obvious who will take over from Henry. Part of the NZRFU Forwarding plan was to get Gatland & Deans & Mitchell out of our system so the bovver boy Hansen will get the position by default. God Help us, maybe someone could tell me how many Super 12's he won as a coach and also how many games did Wales win when he coached them.

With the amount of feuding that goes on out in the celtic ocuntries such as Ireland or Wales after a kiwi coacg helps them get off their *** its not improbable to maybe see gatland looking at a new contract in a couple years. Henrys reign is becoming more and more shaky. None of the Super 14 coaches impress me that much. It would have to be someone with some x-factor for the upcoming world cup. gatland seems to have the ability to turn a ragged team with much potential into a champion team at international level. Its hard to see Deans looking at NZ if he has a good run with the Wallabies. Its gatland for me.
