Didn't you hear, Casey Mears is getting promoted to the 48 team.  They figured that he deserved a shot in better equipment since he got all the crappy cars the last 2 years.  Rumors of Casey going to RCR are premature, Rick knows a superstar when he sees one and he is intent on keeping Mears in the HMS fold.  Look for the announcement to be made the next weekend, at Bristol!
