This year, there are so many possibilities to finish in the eight, and with no certain winner, and teams like essendon, carlton, richmond, kangas, brisbane st kilda and adelaide, all competing for a spot in the eight, who do you think will make it in?

  10. I wouldn't say that there is no certain winner.  Well, there never is, but I still wouldn't bet against the Cats.

The Dogs and Hawks would have to really throw it away now to fail to get in.   The Swans will also need to have a terrible streak.  They should get in even on current form.  The Crows are all over the place.  The Pies are blowing very hot or lukewarm. St Kilda seem to manage to get through, but don't look particularly convincing.

If Carlton can't beat the Saints they don't deserve to get in.  The Dons are having a good streak and can maybe get in on momentum.  The Tigers have spirit, but whipping the Eagles in their current form is no great shakes.  The Kanga's continue to be over-rated and thrash out modest wins.

Port, Eagles, Dockers and Melbourne?  No more needs to be said.  Even miracles are probably statistically impossible by now.

The only ones in with a chance of the flag are the Cats, Dogs, Hawks, Swans and the Pies.  The others will simply make up the numbers - they might get a finals win, but they won't challenge.

  11. 1 Geelong

    2 Bulldogs

    3 Hawthorn

    4 Sydney

    5 Collingwood

    6 Adelaide

    7 Brisbane

    8 St. Kilda

Adelaide Brisbane and St. Kilda to finish on the same points

North to miss out by 2 points

  12. CARLTON AND A HALF

    ALL HAIL THE JUDDANATOR

  13. Between Saints and Tigers! the rest are struggling!
