  1. The best form of defence is attack --- so get your defence in first as Adolf H would say.

  2. who is bigger, who knows karate?

  3. The attacker must vanquish, the defender must only survive

    oooh.......

  4. attacker.

defender is going to defend while the attacker is going to strike.. and win. OBVIOUSLY hahahahaha! ( i think:P)

  5. Attacker, they have the element of suprise.

  6. it's not attacker or defender. it's who lasts longer.

  7. Anyone can beat anyone at any given time.

A well trained big guy will beat a well trained little guy.

A well trained little guy will beat an untrained big guy.

  8. Lol - Bas Rutten.  Yeah, you'd have to give the guy that jumps Bas a Darwin Award along with the guy that strapped himself in a lawn chair onto some weather balloons.

If the defender knows that they are being attacked it is a heck of a lot easier to block/cover and counter than to try to land your first technique.  If the defender does not know they are being attacked, a flying knee sucker punch to the spine could definitely give the attacker a surpreme advantage in the fight.

  9. attacker especially if the defender has no warning and taken by surprise most times I'd say ,but there are exceptions to every scenario.

    Best wishes :)***

  10. Sometimes defense is the best offense.

    Ponder that for a while.

  11. The Defender.

  12. depends on who has trained harder and is concentrating on there opponent more, do you mean like tekwando vs kung fu

but obviously if the defender is just going to stand there and defend sooner or later he will get knocked over

  13. On the street probably the attacker because he is ready and prepared. The defender will most likely be caught off guard. However in the cage it can go either way. Someone like Lyoto Machida can wait for a mistake and capitalize. Or someone like Chuck Liddell, who's style is based around counter punches, can wait for a lazy jab and come over the top with a looping punch and knock his opponent out.

  14. If your a good counter striker like chuck liddell you can successfuly stop a attacker by knockout power!

  15. I find the saying, "offence is the best defence", to be true.

  16. Bas Rutten
