You've got the wrong Fleury bud! Theo was an NHLer a long time ago. Marc Andre Fleury is the Pens goalie. Interesting story there though!

Nice try garth but Marc Andre Fleury has signed a 7 year contract with the Penguins.  Yeah and cat as McPetza mentioned conklin signed a one year deal with detroit.  I am still trying to understand why the Penguins didn't re-sign Conklin.  I am thinking the penguins might still look to see if there is a goalie in free agency but as of now it looks like sabourin is the back up.  There is curry and brown in the AHL as well plus the two goalies they just drafted.  By the way theo fleury once a flame, a ranger, and blackhawk was like tie domi except I don't believe theo got as much respect as domi.

This is strange, I have heard of people choosing which league to join before their career started but good for him. But you do have the wrong Fleury. Theo has already retired from the NHL.

Cat D- Conklin is now on Detroit and Fluery is still on Pittsburgh

I would have said J-Bay but now that he is in Boston I don't think he will come be a two sport player for the Penguins. Although maybe they will work something out anyway. If that doesn't work out then I suspect Freddy Sanchez.

It is almost like a joke...or something "The Onion" would post.  You would think his contract would specifically state that is is not allowed to play any others sports to protect the investment (player) of the team.  Weird.  Thanks for the story.  Pretty funny.
