Who will replace the Big 4 in team INDIA or we do not have the bench strength to replace them?

It is a big Q but today or tomorrow they will be replaced but getting players of their standard can be difficult but not impossible.

they wont be replaced in quite sometime, but when they do i think either rohit, yuvraj, raina, jaffa maybe and uthappa, kohli, and plenty of others which names do not come to mind.

gambhir is allready in the squad for some time to come.

IMHO no one in this World is irreplaceable.

Gautam, Raina, Rohit, and others are all picking up. There may be others in waiting.

Unfortunately, time is such, no player will first be trained on Test Cricket any more.

but there will be different kind of new generation players like uthappa and yousuf pathan

who have their own style to serve india for longer period

there is lot of player who not fully but they can replace the 4.. yuvi, rohit and others are in queue

While we have the bench strength to replace them, the replacement should be made gradually and not all of a sidden.

Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina, Badrinath, Manoj Tiwar, Viratg Koli etc. are good prospects for the future.

No one will ever replace them. The truth is that the Indian youngsters (atleast those that are playing currently) don't have the potential to reach upto the standard and level of perfection of the big 4.

I feel that among the youngsters only Gautam Gambhir is promising enough to match upto the big 4 in the future, if not surpass them. The youngsters may not have the technical perfection to replace the legendary greats like Tendulkar, Ganguly, Dravid and Laxman, but each of them is likely to contribute to the team in their own way, and if there is proper teamwork among the youngsters, then Indian team may not witness a disastrous downfall after the departure of the big 4.
