For those that don't know too much about Cheyenne, here are some of her statistics..............

In 2000, she won the U.S. Kids Golf World Championships at 10 years of age and secured the victor’s spoils again at the age of 12. In 2005, she won the American Junior Golf Association’s Nike Golf Junior, the Bill Dickey Invitational, and the prestigious Big I Junior Classic. She also emerged as the top player for Phoenix’s Xavier College Preparatory (her private high school), which recently won its 26th state championship. She won the 2006 and 2007 Arizona state titles, the latter on November 6, shooting rounds of 69-70 for a 139. Cheyenne has placed in the top five in four national tournaments over the past year and, according to Junior Golf Scoreboard, is ranked 19th in her class of 2008.

.......... I see Cheyenne as someone who's learned to win through the amateur ranks. We all know Michelle Wie's sad little story.

  1. Cheyenne Woods.

  2. The way the wind is blowing, we should expect transvestites (or maybe John Daly in drag) on the LPGA. And women playing on the PGA tour. They need to be checked. Not drug testing, but crotch testing. I'm having my doubts. All anyone seems to care about in these tournaments is MONEY. Too h**l with integrity. And lets completely forget traditions. Tradition, not in this country. Were to busy changing things to be traditional.

  3. As far as I know no one can predict the future with much accuracy, and certainly not something as fickle as golf seven years out.

  4. Well its a tossup but looking at Wie's track record so far I would have to go with Cheyenne Woods , we will see.

  5. The South Koreans will be the dominant factor on the LPGA tour. The other two have to prove themselves against talents of a similiar calibre.

  6. michelle is a hasbeen already and only 18, how sad.

  7. looks like cheyyenne
