Except Balkman and Jeffries which could be substitutes for Gallinari, there are no alternatives. Duhon would fit well in D'Antoni's offense. Actually there is no system in the world which Nate or Mardy fits better.

Quentin seems not good mentally. Should I mention Steph? Anthony Roberson? Come on, man! I live in Turkey and watched this guy playing one of the worst teams here which relegates in the last of the season. Renaldo and Jeffries are tough guys who can defend but it's not D'Antoni's fave player type.
