I've been keeping up with my Niners and it seems like it's a battle between O'Sullivan (who Mike Martz seems to like), Alex Smith and Shaun Hill. In fact, O'Sullivan is getting first team snaps which can't make Smith happy.

  1. smith for sure, they spent 50 mil on the kid they arent going to make him sit

  2. ALEX SMITH SHOULD START.....he has the MOST potential outta the 3, once his arm is better...if not...then we should look forward to drafting a QB next year...i want a FRANCHISE QB like Tom or Peyton..someone that we can rely on for years to come....

    go 49ERS!!!!!!!!!

  3. I imagine Alex Smith will start, Shaun Hill 2nd string, and O'Sullivan 3rd string. I wish you guys the best of luck with Martz as your offensive coordinator, because for the most part he sucked in St. Louis.

  4. I would say Smith. After all the time and money, I think he will get another shot. He hasn't, for one thing, been put in a favorable situation thus far. The receivers have been terrible. He has much more potential than the other 2. The Shawn Hill had some really good game last year, however, I'm not sold. The guy hasn't road the bench for so long for nothing. I would expect him to show us why if they give him the job.

  5. Nothing is certain when Mike Martz is your offensive coordinator.

  6. Alex Smith, the team seems very comiited to him at this point but i could definetly see him getting replaced if he doesnt play well but for now hes the starter
