Even though I dont respect Mayweather much i would give him the advantage because  Pauile still has more to prove but for anyone who has seen a Malignaggi fight has seen his speed and his impressive head movement.

At the end of the day though this still isnt a fight i would like to see at least not anytime soon because it wouldnt prove anything for Mayweather because he's subposed to win but if he beats Hatton i can see this happening with mayweathers recent pick of fights.....Low risk Fights

They could fight at any weight and Mayweather would still kill Malignaggi.  Paulie does not have ANY advantage over Floyd because Floyd is the better fighter in every aspect.  No matter what way you look at it, there is absolutely no way that Floyd could lose to him- Paulie can't outpoint him, and he d**n sure can't beat him by stoppage (only 5 KOs in 25 wins).

Mayweather beats Paulie Malignaggi easily. Malignaggi doesn't have the right style to win a 12 round fight over Mayweather. This would be a fight in which Mayweather would be the aggressor.

PAUL won't get to Mayweather because he is going to get beat by Hatton.  Paulie is a good fighter but I don't think of him as a world class fighter who can take on the greats.

maybe mayweather (even though i dont like him)

mayweather got a little more power then paulie

and i never seen to much of paulie's fights but i seen when he fought against cotto and his punches didnt really effect him, and besides it will be a boring fight because both mayweather and paulie are the "chasing around the ring" fighters

Paul has proved he can take a HUGE beating, find a video on him fighting Miguel Cotto. Like they say, anythings possible. But if I had to choose if they fought around this time, Floyd Mayweather.

mayweather would win, i think that he can beat anybody at light middle/welter/light welter, except from Cotto. He would kill mayweather thats why he is avoiding him at all costs
