With the advent of combo players, I believe that this war will not have a winner. CE manufactures will continue to produce stand alone, and dual format players giving the consumer a choice to pick one side, of go format neutral.

blu-ray. Its all about quality.

Blu ray, No one can say for 100% though.  Its still in the air.

Neither. HD DVD and Blu-ray can co-exist indefinitely. DVD would have to be replaced.HD DVD and Blu-ray are not  being positioned as replacements to DVD,they are simply an option.
