Who will win a game first, Richmond or Melbourne?

So Big kev, Melbourne have been playing the better footy? 70 odd points they got beat by, while we nearly beat your mob at home. I think tigers will win, but not Dees. 10 points if you win!

Richmond and Melbourne have both shown some good form signs recently.  15 teams" WONT win the flag" this year, thats FACT and the Tigers and Demons are just showing it wont be them,... a little earlier than other clubs.    Pressure and expectation,from within a club , the media,the supporters,  sponsors and even questions like yours, can be so damming and damaging to POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE.   On the other side of the coin is the opposition, there PMA, increases twofold , to "not wanting" to be the first team to lose to the battling club, and just that, could be worth an extra  2 or 3 goals,  theTigers and Demons  have to make up as well.   I coached in 200 something games at U18 level, we would lose 13 players because of the age thing each season.    One year we lost the first 4 games ,and all the NEGATIVES flowed like you wouldn't believe, I began to question myself, I had one foot on a Banana skin, the other half way down the gurglar, until after our 4th loss, the father of one of the players, a school headmaster and former V.F.L premiersip wingman. approached me with an arm over the shoulder and said, " You know, I can see so much potential in this team, and I'm so impressed by the way you are handling them , just keep at it , your turn will come .  The following week, we beat a team by 5 goals who had won their previous 11 games .  Just one POSITIVE message ,turned our season around ,and helped us  finish  in 3rd place.   PMA can be so "powerful".

I am sorry Richo, but I hate to say this, but Melbourne are playing better footy at the moment. Although Richmond showed and played pretty good last week against the Crows, Melbourne has been playing quite well and should of won their last 2 games.Whoops, I mean the last couple before the West Coast game.

I am tipping Melbourne to win their first game against the Kangaroo's this week.

I will put some money on the drough breaking for richmond this weekend.. the dons are hitting their usual erratic period... perhaps if richmond can fire on one or more cylinders they might snatch a win
