Derrick Rose is in a better situation to.  Chicago was near the top of the East not that long ago- Memphis is in rebuilding mode- and is in the West.  I'd say D. Rose is in a much better position.  

Memphis is decent but they aren't even a playoff team- whereas Chicago can very quickly move up to the upper eschelon of the East.
