Dolphins, They had Ronnie Brown, now Pennington, Ricky Williams, Jake Long, and a new head coach they should do alright (for a team that only had 1 win last year) I'd say 5-11 or 6-10

Raiders, They had a pretty decent defence last year, now they are going to use Russel and they have McFadden. So now they have a defence and an offence versus the Dolphins having nearly no defence and a decent offence (no receivers except Ted Ginn).

Jamarcus Russell and Darren Mcfadden will make more plays than Jake Long. Raiders are 6-10, Dolphins 4-12

Dolphins are acquiring Chad Pennington, they already have Ronnie Brown. They have a much stronger and consistent offense.

WR  this is a toss up Walker (bust) Curry (slightly above average), Higgins (fumble prone), vs. Ted Ginn Jr (fragile as dinnerware) & ??? - Even

O Line Raiders were 4th in rushing last year, vs. no one to speak of - Raiders

D Line Raiders at least have players that were there last year, vs. J. Tayl... oh he's gone nobody.  Raiders

LB Raiders better LB's vs. Zack Th.... oh yeah gone too.  Raiders

CB  D. Hall, & Asumonga vs. ???  Raiders

Dolphins! I'm not gonna be like everyone else and put my money on unproven players that have done absolutely nothing like russell and mcfadden! Dolphins lost I think it was 5 or 6 games last year by a touchdown or less so they are much closer than the raiders!
