Sorry to hear that some idiot is messing up your postings every week.  Can't see why it's a violation.  Perhaps you could rephrase the question to something like :

What 3 horses do you think are going to win the at the races tomorrow? and then keep the lead table to add as an Edit after the results come in.

Shame that Yahoo don't like their users having a bit of harmless fun and can't even be bothered to answer your mail.
