  1. I think Ferrari will have to start playing favourites with their drivers pretty soon if one of them is to win the drivers title.

Lewis has a huge points advantage over Heikki, so he is now virtually the official No 1 driver.

To answer your question, I think Lewis might just do it this year.

  2. I suppose people's gut feeling was different on the eve of the Silverstone race than it is now.

With a 3 way tie at the top and 4 real contenders it's very much open.

  3. i ve said it before here itself...again i will tell...Kimi or Lewis...lets be practical...other championship contenders and their flaws or demerite--

1.felipe Massa-d**n inconsistent...gets a pole and mid race becomes so charitable goes on to gift his position to others, consider kimi...even if hes starting from pits u can say he may finish on the podium....but in the case of massa only if hes in the top3 he ['may'] finish on podium and there are cases when he has lost his well earned poles to other!!!!

2.Robert Kubica-He's a great driver could win the championship surely but for that BMW-sauber car which needs a bit more fire to match the pace of McLaren and Ferrari.

3.Fernando Alonso-explode the factotries of BMW,Ferrari and McLaren now that renault could be a tob team!!! and help Alonso win the championship...if the engine doesnt blow up!!!

4.Nick Heidfield-if heidfield can win the championship than Kubica has already won it!!

  4. my gut feeling is Hamilton

tho Massa or Kimi are favorites

  5. I'm looking for webber to pull an upset. but that's just me... More than likely looks like Hamilton or Kubica. Hamilton made a mistake that cost him those two races, yet he's very consistent. Kubica is hungry for it and very quick. This is definitely one of the best seasons in recent F1 history and it's only midseason!!!!

  6. I have a feeling Hamilton will pull it off.  He will have a very good race at Hockenheim next weekend and regain the outright championship lead.  I predict one of the Ferraris will not finish the German GP.

Most of all Ferrari are making needless mistakes.  If there are more wet races this year, pencil Lewis in for the title.  I don't think he is that much faster in the wet, but Ferrari strategy seems to get out of sorts when it rains.

  7. Ferrari has been more consistent that McLaren, so I think it will be Raikkonen. Kubica could pull the upset, though.

  8. I think it will be Raikkonen or Hamilton, I hope the first!

  9. Massa all the way..... Massa is determined to win and i love to see him celebrate when he wins pole and a race...Kimi can sneek in and retain his championship crown but hes going to have to show some more drive and massa's problem is the RAIN!!!
