  1. Tim "Superman" Tebow looks to have a good chance at taking the heisman again for the 2nd year after have a historic sophomore season. But he does play at Florida which again has one of the toughest schedules year in and year out plus everyone knows how he is and will do everythin in there power to stop him so I hope he wins but highly doubt he will.Look for another sophomore this year to take it as Sam Bradford from Oklahoma looks to tact on another good year after his freshman season. He has shown to be a better passer with the highest quarterback rating and highest completion percentage in the nation last year and the Oklahoma Sooners havent lost to many key guys. And Knowshon Moreno from Georgia could be another one to take it but it might be diffcult for a running back to take it.Last one to do that was uh Reggie Bush since then it's been all quarterbacks.

  2. beanie wells, Joe McKnight(USC)

  3. 1. Chris Wells

    2. Pat White

    3. Tim Tebow

    4. Chase Daniels

  4. how can u forget about demarco murry

  5. Beanie Wells didn't make your list? The guy only ran for 1600 yards on a bum ankle as a sophmore, and returns 4 starters on the line. That being said, Pat White, if he stays healthy, which is a big if, and then Wells.

  6. Kevin Berrien

  7. I think Joe McKnight will take it this year...Moreno is my second choice, he has a great chance to win it if Georgia plays as well as advertised. Tim Tebow would have to play better than he did last year to win it this year, but stranger things have happened, so let's not count him out just yet...

  8. sam mcguffie

  9. COLT MCCOY!!! jk i really think tebow again

  10. Pat White

  11. As long as it isn't Tebow, I'll be happy.

  12. Tim Tebow is a great player and most likley may deserve it, but he won it as a sophmore last year which is highly unlikley thing to do,

only one other has won back to back heismans and that was Archie Griffin, although he may have those numbers to win it it's highly unlikley he'll get it two years in a row.

Chase Daniels, Pat White all depends how far they take their teams.

Chase needs to get them in the NC chase to get the votes along with the numbers. Pat White needs only 780 some yards and he's the all time rushing qb in NCAA, he needs to put up a good year of passing the ball in order to get his plus another run into the BCS. If WVU gets into the NC game he most likley the favorite to win it.

Knowshon needs to put up huge numbers against some quality defenses in the SEC to get in, that brutal schedule puts him against some of the Natiions Elite, tall order.

Beanie Wells is most likley the favorite , Ohio St does not need a unbeaten year to get him the trophy, they have three big games on the road, at USC, at Wisconsin and at Illinioise, he needs big production in these games to get him in. If his production isnt very heisman like

numbers against these three, expect him to fall from favor.

Then theirs crabtree. Big numbers and Big 12 south championship appearance will get him high on everyone's mark. Maybe a solid Big 12 championship win and performance would get him the nod.

This years race is going to be a tough one. It might end up going to another young man that plays for that MAC program cant remember exactly which one Western Michigan or Central Michigan or something

like that he has no pressure but put up huge numbers and win the MAC, if he gets them to crash the BCS party look out, this kids name could easily climb high in favor for that award.

Then theirs Georgia QB. Stafford, to be honest I believe Knowshon Moreno will be overshadowed bt Stafford, this is a pro type qb that plays very well and very intelligent. His success is totally upon Georgia's success. SEC championship plus NC he's got it for sure.

No SEC championship and no NC game, then it could swing to his teammate depending on his numbers, or Pat White and or Oklahoma qb, Bradford.  Tons of Heismans to watch for this year...
