Minnesota, they must have great chemistry on that team. I do not know how they keep on winning especially since they got rid of Santana and Hunter. They have Mauer and Morneau and not much else. But they do get good pitching which is what you need to win.

ooo thats a tough one but i think the white sox look stronger to hold the twins in the central division

the twins are taking the wild card... im pretty sure the red sox are gonna choke soon... twins  have a pretty good squad.....

They are built with a bunch of scrappers and may be the most underrated team in baseball  If they can keep winning they have a great shot and I think they will pull through

On paper it is the White Sox.  Twins have to play more road games down the stretch which puts them at a slight disadvantage.  Here is a better question to ponder though.  What team would go further in the playoffs? Hands down..Twins.  White Sox have proven that they are only a great home team but their starting pitching the 2nd half of the season has faltered.  On the flip side, Twins actually continue to get better and have proven that they have the Sox # in head to head games.  The White Sox offense depends on HR's.  Come October, that wind will no longer be blowing HR's out as easily as this time of the year.  Twins know how to play small ball which matters ALOT come playoff time.  I'm going to guess that it won't matter who wins the AL central because both will get into the playoffs.  It's going to be them and the Red Sox and Angels.  I think the Rays are going to falter down the stretch without 2 huge pieces of their offense with Crawford and Longoria.  Them missing is going to put alot more pressure on their pitchers to keep every team to only 1-2 runs game.  The Rays pitching is good but not that GOOD!

it will definitely come down to the wire but the twins have been playing well of late but i see that streak ending mid september and the white sox to edge them out.

chisox got a big addition in griff but hes not gonna get the job done. the white sox have the same odds (to me) of winning it as last place cleveland. yea last place.

twins and there young team (average age just below 28) play the game hard and have great mentors teaching them like carew harmon blyleven and oliva so they got it
