i would definitely say Penguins!! I mean sid and malkin another year better and fleury got 20 times better in one game! (game 5) they have alot of role players that will help out alot. the addition of satan was good and i think the Penguins will win again. detroit will be too old to move sorry. Osgood hasnt played a full season in forever.

I dont really think pittsburgh can win next season. this was kind of their year, although they will probably go to the conference finals. My choice has gotta be the new york rangers. with all there signings like redden, weight, and naslund they are in a very good position as these three more than compensate for jagr.

yeah um if you didn't notice the red wings just won the stanley cup... and they got even better.  pittsburgh lost malone conklin hossa and i don't even know who else, sure they got that pesonen guy or whatever but they couldn't touch the red wings, i don't see how you all expect them to do it next year...

Yes, i agree Pittsburgh should be able to win the cup because for a team to win, they must know what it is like to lose. Pittsburgh flew out of the gate in 08 and looked very impressive but suffered a heartbreaking defeat to detroit. I think Pittsburgh will win and play San Jose in the finals
