the only advantage that the pens have over the wings is youth. osgood stood on his head last night, detroit offence can easily match and over-match pittsburgh's and detroit's defence is the best in the league and the pens found that out first hand last night. i don't know about anybody else but i'm convinced malkin is playing hurt right now, i think his shoulder is causing him problems. i would say that if detroit plays like they did last night for the rest of the series, pittsburgh will be lucky to win a game...i made a prediction before the series started....wings in 5.

Probably the Red Wings, because they have a good team this year and have a chance at winning this very easily over the Penguins.

Well, it's definitely not going to be the Anaheim Ducks, Atlanta Thrashers, Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres, Calgary Flames, Carolina Hurricanes, Chicago Blackhawks, Colorado Avalanche, Columbus Blue Jackets, Dallas Stars, Edmonton Oilers, Florida Panthers, Los Angeles Kings, Minnesota Wild, Montreal Canadiens, Nashville Predators, New Jersey Devils, New York Islanders, New York Rangers, Ottawa Senators, Philadelphia Flyers, Phoenix Coyotes, San Jose Sharks, St. Louis Blues, Tampa Bay Lightning, Toronto Maple Leafs, Vancouver Canucks, or the Washington Capitals. Those teams are not going to win the cup this season, for sure! Bet you $100 dollars they won't.

I'd have to go with the Wings, even if I didnt believe it, But I really think that the experience of the Wings is more than a match for the youth of the Pens, and game one would seem to bear that out. Like most fans, I'll be watching faithfully.

The pens. Because they have a young fresh team. I don't know how but they have but some young guns on that team like Crosby, Malkin, Hossa, Fleury, Talbot,Malone, Staal, Gonchar, and Whitney. Maybe it's because Lemieux owns part of the team and he knows the tricks to get the best players because he was one of the best players.
