Who will win the fight between Oscar vs Mayweather 2 ?

Mayweather will win.  Oscar could not KO forbes, he has no chance of stopping May.  May is quicker, and will dispose of DLH the same way he did Hatton.

Those who say that he will dance around and run away from DLH said the same thing when May fought Hatton.  Funny thing, I remember seeing Hatton laying on the canvas.  He was obviously doing more than running to have KO'd Hatton.

May wins by 6th rd TKO.

dont you ppl know that oscar has been over the hill for many years,thats the reason why floyd is fighting him again...low risk for a big reward....mayweather fans seem to applaud the get rich scheme..and the true boxing fans are the ones being punished for not being able to watch the best fight best...

it is a tough call, I say maytweater wi ll win. I am an oscar fan but seeing the fight made me wonder. I agree that he made forbes look real good. Yeah he won almost every round. But it should have been by  landslide. He was not hurting forbes. Mayweather will be alot more agressive this time, alot more relaxed. The last fight he looked scared, too defensive than normal. I think oscars days are numbered. He should retire before he starts to rack more losses.  Credit to him for wanting a rematch GO OSCAR!!!!

If you watched the Forbes vs Hoya fight, you know that Mayweather will knock Oscar out.  Oscar made the light-hitting Forbes look like a world class fighter.  Those same clean shots to the face that Forbes was landing will crush Oscar when they come from Floyd.

Despite Oscar De La Hoya's good performance over Steve Forbes, I still believe that he will lose the rematch to Floyd Mayweather, Jr.  Yes, Oscar looked good against Forbes and he did what he said he would do, but we must remember that he was SUPPOSED to do that anyways.  And lets face it-Steve Forbes is no Floyd Mayweather, Jr. (they're both good defensive fighters, but Floyd is in another league in terms of ability).  Forbes also was catching Oscar with some shots, but they didn't do anything because Forbes is not a big puncher, but his punches still managed to swell Oscar's eye and make an abrasion on his nose.  If that was Floyd hitting him, it would have been faster and stronger and his face would have looked much worse.  A lot of people say that "Oscar can win if he uses his jab" but what most of them fail to realize is that there is a very simple reason as to why Oscar stopped jabbing in the first fight- Floyd started to time it and counter with the straight right.  Mayweather will be even more conscience of the jab this time and he will be able to counter it even more because Oscar will be throwing it even more.  I predict that Mayweather will beat Oscar by a more convincing and unanimous decision this time.  De La Hoya can fight a tailor-made opponent like Forbes 100 times and win 100 times, but it still does not change the fact that Mayweather is the better fighter and will beat Oscar in their rematch.

pistol pete is right, although I wouldn't put in the same terms that he used, but I think it will be similar to the first fight. Yeah Mayweather will win the match because he will just hit De La Hoya a little more than De La Hoya will hit him, just enough to carry rounds on the judges scorecards. Mayweather can't hurt Oscar, he knows that, thats why he ran around the ring for most of their first fight. He'll land more punches but Oscar's do more damage.
