Kimbo is a stupid fighter. He's totally unable to learn as has been shown by his total lack of skill on the ground. Against a legend like Shamrock he has no chance.

Ken Shamrock is not in his right mind set.  And should not be fighting anymore.

Kimbo will be in his 4th fight, and should not be matched up against Ken Shamrock.

If this fight happens, it is a stupid match up.

Similar to the Brock Lesnar Cheik Congo fight.

Herring beat Congo, and Brock beat Herring, so, now Brock is going down the ladder not up.  Another stupid match up.

My money goes on Kimbo not because of his reputation on the streets, or his size, but I believe Ken is hands down just a horrible fighter.

I'm a big Shamrock fan but he was done years ago. On feet his a** is grass. Maybe he can submit Kimbo. Though it doesn't look good for him.

My question is why is the Elitexc picking has beens, use to be, washed up and old guys to pad Kimbo's record. Listen morons at Elitexc people who are MMA purist are not going to by into this guy until you put him in a legitimate match. Fighting a out of shape drunk (Abbott) and now a guy who has recently lost to a bum while losing 4 consecutive fights is really a fight the fans wanna see.

However I'm not totally writing Ken off. I give him a 20% chance. He better bob and weave. Kimbo hits harrrrrrrrrrrrrd and Ken has been put down by lighter hitting guys.

This fight is a joke and strictly for television. Shaw says Kimbo isn't ready for the likes of the elite fighters, but he's putting him against Shamrock; that's a slap in the face. Shamrock was an elite fighter once upon a time, and Shaw wouldn't have booked this fight if Shamrock was still in his prime. I was actually excited when I saw the headline, because I thought it would be Frank Shamrock, but this is a joke.

I think Kimbo will win by TKO.

Kimbo should win and will gain some new fans but beating another big name from 10 years ago means nothing to people who have been following MMA from day 1.  A win over Ken Shamrock does not automatically make Kimbo a championship contender.  Joey Villasenor, Ninja Rua, Jake Shields, etc. are still better fighters than Kimbo.
