And are there different challengers for the title at Mallorca, Ibiza etc.?

Well in my experience it's the Brits !  In Majorca last year we watched some folk rise from their sunbeds and go for lunch leaving them completely empty (not even a towel left behind). When they came back somebody else was using them and an enormous row erupted as the first people seemed to think they had a right to them for the whole of the day!  Very entertaining, it was (Can't remember who won)!
