depends on which Ali was fighting which Tyson. Both in their prime...

Ali before the draft issues, and Tyson on his way to the first championship (essentially both in their prime) and fighting under Ali's rules and refereeing practices, Ali would weather the storm and point Tyson in the late rounds, possibly scoring a knockout in the 14th or 15th.  

Modern rules, modern ref, I don't think the ref would allow Ali to take the punishment to get it into the late rounds, Tyson by TKO in the 8th.
