Who wins now with dunn to dbacks dodgers or dbacks?

am a dodger fan and i say dodgers for sure becuz arizona's young batters suck rite now and jeff kent is hot matt kemp and andre either is hot with manny and also casey blake so dodgers all the way.

The D-backs are still a game and a half up on the Dodgers.  With all their wheelin' and dealin', the Dodgers have not been able to make up any ground on the D-backs and, with Dunn in the lineup, the D-backs now have a dangerous bat to help them win the west.  Plus, the Dodgers have nothing like Brandon Webb (heck, nobody has anything like him, for sure the Cy Young winner this year).  GO D-BACKS!!

I got to choose the Dodgers as a winner. Manny Ramirez is a much better hitter than Adam Dunn in term of slugging and experience. As powerful as Dunn is, he's a strikeout hitter, averaging 120 strikeouts per year and he's only hitting .233. Casey Blake himself is a better hitter than Dunn. Besides, the D-Backs just lost a very good player, Orlando Hudson, so that's a big blow on their part. Once the Dodgers get their closer back, they're going all the way.

I see the Diamond Backs winning the division because of their pitching. Pitching wins ballgames and now they have an extra batter who can flat out hit the ball.

I think the Dodgers. Manny Ramirez is a better offensive upgrade than Adam Dunn. Manny can contribute in different ways with the bat, but Dunn can just hit home runs, and all those strikeouts kill as many rallies as he contributes to.

Still, it should be a great race.

dbacks, dunn will be a huge help, stephen drew is starting to hit, reynolds and jackson are still dangerous. and with webby, haren, and johnson anchoring the rotation, its gonna be a very close race, but i think the d'backs will pull it out

Yeah but the Dbacks have Brandon Webb and Dan Haren. And good pitching always defeats good hitting.

Adding Adam Dunn can only help that offense.

the dbacks may have Webb but i would take Lowe Kershaw and Kuroda over Davis Petit and Johnson, Brandon Webb  cant pitch complete games against them all the time and LA will get to the shaky Dback bullpen. The dodgers have the best ERA in the majors.  It's stupid to say that the team with the best ERA in the majors doesnt have the best pitching. It's like saying that the Angels havent been the best team so far this year.
