I like team #1 getting Kazmir, Hernandez, and Utley.

You must also remember that this is really a 4 for 4 trade as team #2 must also drop a player off their roster to get the newly added four players to fit.

its depends what you need

if you are doing bad in pitching then dont take the trade because kazmir and felix rock

if you need hitting pull the trigger because sizemore and alfonso soriano rock

Team two.  The SS pool is a bit shallow, but then so is the 2B.  Felix gets good numbers, but will have trouble getting wins.  I think Kazmirs luck may run out too.

I agree it depends on your roster and your needs but it seems at least fair at first glance. I think Utley is bound to turn it around very soon and return to his early season numbers which makes me want to lean towards that side of the deal.
