The Rock and Mick Foley since Mick Foley has a huge amount of experiance in HIAC and the Rock is one of the best wrestlers in histoty. They win by a a Rock Bottum from the top of the Cell.

Great match idea.  I'd say Foley/Rock win a blood bath, after HBK, blinded by the blood flowing into his eyes, goes for SCM on The Rock, who ducks, making HBK superkick Diesel.  Foley nails HBK with Mr. Socko from behind as The Rock lands The People's Elbow on Diesel, then covers him for the 3-count.
