Calzaghe by a wide margin. Realistically, Hopkins only won the first round, with a couple of other rounds close. Calzaghe won all the others and dominated the last five championship rounds.

No matter what everyone's opinion is on this fight, the fact remains that they raised Calzaghe's hand at the end the winner by split decision.  A lot of folks think that Hopkins deserved it because he seemed to land the more effective punches.  But Calzaghe landed the higher volume of punches, so he won the fight.
